Get ready to start growing your own treasure horde.

Welcome to Dragon Money, A Path to True Wealth

If you feel like you are treading water and living paycheck to paycheck, then you are not alone. Financial literacy is severely lacking in our school system and a taboo conversation in daily life. If you are ready to set down your inherited assumptions around money and pick up healthy money habits, then you are in the right place.

Let me introduce you to Cyn. He is the resident dragon and our money mascot. Cyn is here to inspire you to find joy in growing your own dragon horde, and he has centuries of experience managing his treasure pile. If you read this blog, then congrats – you are one of my fledgling dragons.

About Me:

My economic background is humble. Think food stamps, single mother, five kids, and waitressing tips. I grew up with the same lack of understanding around money that many people have described to me. At some point, a decision was made to learn everything I could about how money works and I rewrote my inner narrative. Now, I have a ton of tips and tricks to share with you.

You can read more about me in the My Story section, but I want to emphasize that I am not the main character here. That role falls to you.

What is your current internal monologue about money? We fall into habits of saying, “I’m just not good with money” or “the system is rigged against me.” Yes, many of us do start from disadvantaged positions and that means you get to play the game on hard mode. Even if you don’t believe in yourself, I want you to say, “I’m good with money.” Was it a whisper? That’s okay because it’s still progress.
